The terms that apply to this website and to our quotations, orders and deliveries.

These terms apply to your use of the SAMANSRO Construction website and to enquiries and orders placed through it. By using this website you agree to these terms.

1. About us

SAMANSRO Construction supplies concrete blocks, cement and related construction materials, and provides delivery and custom order services from Kasoa Yamoah Nkwanta, Ghana.

2. Use of this website

  • You may browse and use this site for lawful purposes related to enquiring about or purchasing our products and services.
  • You may not attempt to disrupt the site, gain unauthorised access to it, or use automated tools to scrape or overload it.
  • You may not submit false, misleading, abusive or unlawful content through our forms.

3. Product information and availability

We aim to describe our products, sizes and specifications accurately. Photographs are illustrative and the finish, colour and texture of concrete products can vary between batches. Availability of any product is not guaranteed until we confirm your order.

4. Quotations, pricing and orders

  • Any prices or figures shown on this site are indicative only and do not constitute a binding offer.
  • A quotation becomes valid only when issued by us in writing, and it applies for the period stated in that quotation.
  • An order is confirmed only once we accept it and agree quantity, price, delivery location and timing with you.
  • Payment terms are agreed per order and confirmed in writing before delivery.

5. Delivery

Delivery dates and lead times are estimates given in good faith and depend on order volume, site access, road conditions and weather. You are responsible for ensuring the delivery site is accessible and that someone is available to receive and inspect the materials. Please report any shortage or visible damage at the point of delivery.

6. Cancellations and returns

Because materials are produced and reserved in batches, cancellations and changes must be agreed with us as early as possible and may not be possible once production or dispatch has started. Custom orders are generally non-cancellable once production begins.

7. Product handling and curing

Concrete products continue to gain strength after delivery. Materials must be stored, handled, stacked and installed according to good building practice and any guidance we provide. We are not responsible for damage or performance issues caused by improper storage, handling or installation.

8. Intellectual property

The SAMANSRO name, logo, page content, photographs and site design are owned by SAMANSRO Construction and may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without our written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

This website is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit or project delay, arising from use of this website or from information published on it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Ghanaian courts.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you use the site is the version that applies.
